An exciting, full-time opportunity is available for a Marketing Communications and Events Specialist to join our specialist and diverse team, based in Perth (Subiaco).
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a communications / marketing related field, or a combination of relevant work experience, education and/or training.
- A minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A proactive mindset and excellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
- Proven experience developing email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimising email templates and analysing campaign performance.
- A thorough understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, guidelines, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience supporting events (virtual and in-person) with confidence in tools like Zoom, Teams, and online engagement platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- The skills to use design software such as InDesign to create visual assets for digital marketing channels.
- The ability to work collaboratively across internal teams as well as with external stakeholders, including international audiences.
